Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. The decision of 89bd3 on all bet settlement matters is final, subject to the dispute resolution process described in Section 12.

89bd3 does not guarantee the availability of any particular market or game at any given time. Markets may be suspended, removed, or re-priced at any time in response to information received about the relevant event, including team news, weather conditions, or other material factors. Bets accepted prior to a market suspension will stand unless voided under the conditions described above.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 89bd3 platform. Engaging in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, forfeiture of your account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform, whether under your own identity or under a false identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment information during registration, verification, or at any other time.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 89bd3 will endeavour to notify the account holder via their registered email address. During the suspension period, the account holder may not access their balance, place bets, or request withdrawals. If the investigation concludes with no finding of wrongdoing, the suspension will be lifted and full access restored.

Where an account is permanently terminated due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance in the account may be forfeited if the breach involved fraudulent conduct, bonus abuse, or a violation of anti-money-laundering obligations.
